WAWA a friendly small town in Northern Ontario, situated conveniently on the Trans Canada Highway between Sault Ste. Marie and Thunder Bay.

Wawa took its name from Ojibwe word for "wild goose', wewe. That is why they have giant geese all over town. They are also famous for snowmobiling and sport fishing.
